1. How can I pay for the item(s) I purchased?

When you shop online, you may pay using your credit card or through Paypal transfer. Other options are to deposit to our bank account or cash upon pick-up.
2. How much is the delivery/shipping fee?

Shipping fee varies depending on the product you purchased and your delivery address. Shipping fee is automatically computed upon check-out.
3. Can I allow other person to receive the package on my behalf?

Yes. You may designate another person to receive the package on your behalf. Just provide us with his name and contact number so we can coordinate properly.
4. What is the turnaround time for the delivery?

Our website receives orders 24/7 but our office has a cut off time of 4:00 pm from Mondays to Fridays. Orders made before the cut off time will be processed on the same day. Orders made beyond the cut off time will be processed on the following business day.All orders placed on Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed and delivered on the next business day. Delivery within Metro Manila usually takes a day to 2 working days, while provincial delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.

5. Can the parcel be delivered to my office address?

Yes. We can deliver the item to your preferred delivery address.
6. Can I opt to personally pick-up my purchase instead of having it delivered to my address?

Yes. You may personally pick up your purchase at our office between 9am-6pm during weekdays
7. Is it possible to waive the delivery fee?

Delivery has a standard fee. Sometimes it is waived when we have promotions. 
8. I am based outside the Philippines. Can I purchase on your online store?

Yes. You can still make a purchase provided that the shipping address you indicated is in the Philippines. We currently do not ship abroad.
9. Can I return a defective or damaged item (s)?

When you receive a damaged or defective product, please email to us immediately the picture of the item. Only damaged or defective items will be replaced. Other cases like that of wrong sizes and change of color are not valid reasons for replacement. You will only have five days to return the damage item (s) upon receipt.
